In my spare time, I love to paint, read, golf and play with my dogs. On the professional side, I'm a Certified Coach and an active member of the International Coaching Federation. I'm trained in Positive Intelligence. I also hold a Chartered Director designation. I have worked with individuals at all levels of an organization including boards of directors. I hold a Master of Human Resource Management and believe people are a company's most important asset. Throughout my career, I have inspired personal growth and learning of the individuals I have had the privilege of working with. I'm just like you and want to walk with you on your journey of discovery and exploration to reach new heights.

My approach to coaching and consulting is to work side-by-side with you, your team or your organization in an individualized, collaborative and respectful way to achieve your individual or collective goals and aspirations. With several decades of senior leadership experience leading people through organizational change and transitions, I've supported both teams and individuals to manage the nuances of the the ambiguous and the uncertain. Some of this work included spearheading and managing strategic corporate initiatives from the conceptual to practical implementation and application. Throughout my life, I've walked down the path of grief with the loss of several immediate family members. Having been there and done that, I understand many of life's journeys, complicated corporate and team dynamics, and a constantly changing landscape.

Located in the Prairies, I work with clients throughout Canada and the U.S. with the hope of moving beyond North American boundaries. While my work is mainly virtual, I'm willing to meet with you at your desired location.
